I found this recipes while browsing my Pinterest home page. It is from PurelyTwins.com and so delish!! They are super easy to make and much healthier than your traditional pumpkin dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon perfect fit protein powder (or any protein powder or coconut flour)
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- sprinkles (if you would like)
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5-6 drops of liquid stevia
- 1 tablespoon water (if using coconut flour) InstructionsIn a bowl place coconut flour (or protein powder) and coconut butter.Add in vanilla extract and applesauce (or maple syrup or pumpkin).Stir.Add a few drops stevia and water.Stir.Batter will be thick.Add in sprinkles.Scoop and roll.Dip in chocolate sauce to make a truffle.Coat in coconut flakes, cinnamon sugar, sprinkles.Have fun!
