This week's posts will feature recipes from a menu
I just created for a client who wants to
lose weight and stay gluten free.

You should consult a doctor
before changing your diet.
The
daily calorie intake goal for said client is 1200. Assuming you aren’t
overly concerned with how much you spend on groceries, this should not
be difficult because... I’m taking a Weight Watchers approach to fruits and veggies. This means that if you eat a fruit or veggie, it counts as 0 calories!! Fill up on them!! :-)
I recommend you start each day with a green juice or smoothie to get your metabolism flowing.
